Moth Flying Healing

Somatic Release Yoga

Experience a calming blend of somatic release, guided meditation, and restorative yoga in this nurturing class. Ideal for relieving tension, reducing stress, and addressing emotional discomfort like sadness, grief, and anxiety, it also helps release deeply held trauma, allowing you to reconnect with your body and find peace.

Moth Flying Healing

Candlelit Deep Rest + Breath

Settle into deep rest and rejuvenation with a calming combination of restorative asanas and guided pranayama (breathing exercises). This class is ideal for anyone seeking peace, calm, and a reprieve from the stresses of everyday life, including demanding careers and family responsibilities.

KARLY ATKEY

Karly is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about helping individuals inspire their healing own healing journeys by reconnecting with their bodies and finding peace through mindful movement.

 

With a background in Restorative Yoga, Somatic Healing Yoga, Pranayama Breathwork, and Guided Meditation, Karly creates a nurturing, trauma-informed space where all individuals can find healing.

Karly’s approach blends her knowledge of somatic healing with intuition, guiding her students through practices that help release stress, heal emotional wounds, and restore balance to both the body and mind.

SOMATIC RELEASE YOGA

Wednesday at 6:00 PM

Come and explore a blend of gentle somatic release movements, calming guided meditation, and restorative asanas (postures) in this nourishing, deeply relaxing class. 

Karly’s Somatic Release Yoga is designed to help release tension in areas like the hips, lower back, and shoulders while also addressing persistent pain and emotional discomfort such as sadness, grief, fear, and anxiety. 

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, Karly provides a safe, supportive space to help you release tension and trauma held in the body. This practice supports emotional release, reduces physical discomfort, and promotes balance, allowing you to reconnect with both your body and mind.

Open to all levels, this class offers a welcoming environment where you can restore and heal at your own pace.

CANDLELIT DEEP BREATH & REST

Wednesday at 7:30 PM

In this hour-long class, you’ll be gently guided through a variety of restorative postures supported by props, allowing your body to completely let go.

Paired with guided pranayama breathwork, this practice brings you into a state of calm and tranquillity, helping to quiet the mind and reduce anxiety.

It’s a fantastic class for individuals who lead busy lives or are looking to release deeply held trauma.
